مومنو! خدا کا ارشاد مانو اور پیغمبر کی فرمانبرداری کرو اور اپنے عملوں کو ضائع نہ ہونے دو ۳۳

” O you who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger and make not your deeds vain”(47-33)

شَرَعَ لَكُمۡ مِّنَ الدِّيۡنِ مَا وَصّٰى بِهٖ نُوۡحًا وَّالَّذِىۡۤ اَوۡحَيۡنَاۤ اِلَيۡكَ وَمَا وَصَّيۡنَا بِهٖۤ اِبۡرٰهِيۡمَ وَمُوۡسٰى وَعِيۡسٰٓى اَنۡ اَقِيۡمُوۡا الدِّيۡنَ وَ لَا تَتَفَرَّقُوۡا,

اسی نے تمہارے لئے دین کا وہی رستہ مقرر کیا جس (کے اختیار کرنے کا) نوح کو حکم دیا تھا اور جس کی (اے محمدﷺ) ہم نے تمہاری طرف وحی بھیجی ہے اور جس کا ابراہیم اور موسیٰ اور عیسیٰ کو حکم دیا تھا (وہ یہ) کہ دین کو قائم رکھنا اور اس میں پھوٹ نہ ڈالنا۔

“He has ordained for you (O Muhammad) that faith which He commended to Noah and that which he commended to Abraham ,Moses and Jesus saying,”Establish the Faith and be not divided therein”.(42-13)

فَوَرَبِّ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ إِنَّهُۥ لَحَقٌّۭ مِّثْلَ مَآ أَنَّكُمْ تَنطِقُونَ ٢٣

تو آسمان اور زمین کے رب کی قسم بیشک یہ قرآن حق ہے ویسی ہی زبان میں جو تم بولتے ہو، ۲۳

“Then by the Lord of heaven and earth, indeed, it is true – just as [sure as] it is that you are speaking.” (Surah Dhariyat-23)

مَلٰٓٮِٕكَةٌ غِلَاظٌ شِدَادٌ لَّا يَعۡصُوۡنَ اللّٰهَ مَاۤ اَمَرَهُمۡ وَيَفۡعَلُوۡنَ مَا يُؤۡمَرُوۡنَ‏

فرشتے مقرر ہیں (ف۱۹) جو اللہ کا حکم نہیں ٹالتے اور جو انہیں حکم ہو وہی کرتے ہیں (ف۲۰)

They, (angels) do not disobey Allah in what He commands them, but do what they are commanded [Quran 66:6]

لَـقَدۡ اَرۡسَلۡنَا رُسُلَنَا بِالۡبَيِّنٰتِ وَاَنۡزَلۡنَا مَعَهُمُ الۡكِتٰبَ وَالۡمِيۡزَانَ لِيَقُوۡمَ النَّاسُ بِالۡقِسۡطِ‌ۚ

بیشک ہم نے اپنے رسولوں کو دلیلوں کے ساتھ بھیجا اور ان کے ساتھ کتاب (ف۷۸) اور عدل کی ترازو اتاری (ف۷۹) کہ لوگ انصاف پر قائم ہوں

“Indeed We have sent Our Messengers with clear proofs, and revealed with them the Scripture and the Balance (justice) that mankind may keep up justice.” (Quran, 57:25)

قُلۡ سِيۡرُوۡا فِىۡ الۡاَرۡضِ فَانْظُرُوۡا كَيۡفَ بَدَاَ الۡخَـلۡقَ‌ ثُمَّ اللّٰهُ يُنۡشِئُ النَّشۡاَةَ الۡاٰخِرَةَ‌ ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَىۡءٍ قَدِيۡرٌ‌ۚ‏ ۲۰

کہہ دو کہ ملک میں چلو پھرو اور دیکھو کہ اس نے کس طرح خلقت کو پہلی دفعہ پیدا کیا ہے پھر خدا ہی پچھلی پیدائش پیدا کرے گا۔ بےشک خدا ہر چیز پر قادر ہے

Say (O Muhammad): Travel in the land and see how He originated creation, then Allah bringeth forth the later growth. Lo! Allah is Able to do all things. ﴾20﴿“Surah Al-Ankabut (29:20)

نَزَّلَ عَلَيۡكَ الۡـكِتٰبَ بِالۡحَقِّ مُصَدِّقًا لِّمَا بَيۡنَ يَدَيۡهِ وَاَنۡزَلَ التَّوۡرٰٮةَ وَالۡاِنۡجِيۡلَۙ‏ ﴿۳﴾مِنۡ قَبۡلُ هُدًى لِّلنَّاسِ وَاَنۡزَلَ الۡفُرۡقَانَ ؕ‌

اس نے (اے محمدﷺ) تم پر سچی کتاب نازل کی جو پہلی (آسمانی) کتابوں کی تصدیق کرتی ہے اور اسی نے تورات اور انجیل نازل کی ﴿۳﴾لوگوں کو راہ دکھاتی اور فیصلہ اتارا,

He has revealed to you (O Muhammad) the scripture with truth, confirming that which was revealed before it even as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel before as a guide to mankind and has revealed the Criterion (for judging between right and wrong). (3:3-4)

وَهٰذَا كِتٰبٌ اَنۡزَلۡنٰهُ مُبٰرَكٌ فَاتَّبِعُوۡهُ وَاتَّقُوۡا لَعَلَّكُمۡ تُرۡحَمُوۡنَۙ‏ ۱۵۵

اور یہ برکت والی کتاب (ف۳۲۵) ہم نے اُتاری تو اس کی پیروی کرو اور پرہیزگاری کرو کہ تم پر رحم ہو، ۱۵۵

“And this [Qur’an] is a Book We have revealed [which is] blessed, so follow it and fear Allah that you may receive mercy.” (Al-An’am: 155)

اِنۡ تُصِبۡكَ حَسَنَةٌ تَسُؤۡهُمۡ‌ۚ وَاِنۡ تُصِبۡكَ مُصِيۡبَةٌ يَّقُوۡلُوۡا قَدۡ اَخَذۡنَاۤ اَمۡرَنَا مِنۡ قَبۡلُ وَيَتَوَلَّوا وَّهُمۡ فَرِحُوۡنَ‏ ۵۰

(اے پیغمبر) اگر تم کو آسائش حاصل ہوتی ہے تو ان کو بری لگتی ہے۔ اور کوئی مشکل پڑتی ہے تو کہتے کہ ہم نے اپنا کام پہلے ہیں (درست) کر لیا تھا اور خوشیاں مناتے لوٹ جاتے ہیں ۵۰

“Our Sustainer is He who gives onto everything [that exists] its true nature and form, and thereupon guides it [towards its fulfilment].” (Surah Taha: 50)

اِنَّاۤ اَنۡزَلۡنَاۤ اِلَيۡكَ الۡكِتٰبَ بِالۡحَـقِّ لِتَحۡكُمَ بَيۡنَ النَّاسِ بِمَاۤ اَرٰٮكَ اللّٰهُ‌ؕ وَلَا تَكُنۡ لِّـلۡخَآٮِٕنِيۡنَ خَصِيۡمًاۙ‏ ۱۰۵

(اے پیغمبر) ہم نے تم پر سچی کتاب نازل کی ہے تاکہ خدا کی ہدایت کے مطابق لوگوں کے مقدمات میں فیصلہ کرو اور (دیکھو) دغابازوں کی حمایت میں کبھی بحث نہ کرنا ۱۰۵

“We have sent down to you the Book in truth that you might judge between men, as guided by Allah.” (Al-Nisa: 105)

وَهٰذَا كِتٰبٌ اَنۡزَلۡنٰهُ مُبٰرَكٌ فَاتَّبِعُوۡهُ وَاتَّقُوۡا لَعَلَّكُمۡ تُرۡحَمُوۡنَۙ‏

اور یہ برکت والی کتاب (ف۳۲۵) ہم نے اُتاری تو اس کی پیروی کرو اور پرہیزگاری کرو کہ تم پر رحم ہو ،

“And this [Qur’an] is a Book We have revealed [which is] blessed, so follow it and fear Allah that you may receive mercy.” (Al-An’am: 155)

وَقَالُوۡا سَمِعۡنَا وَاَطَعۡنَا‌ غُفۡرَانَكَ رَبَّنَا وَاِلَيۡكَ الۡمَصِيۡرُ‏ ۲۸۵

اور عرض کی کہ ہم نے سنا اور مانا (ف۶۲۳) تیری معافی ہو اے رب ہمارے! اور تیری ہی طرف پھرنا ہے، ۲۸۵

“We hear and obey. We seek Your forgiveness, our Lord! And to You ˹alone˺ is the final return.” (surah al baqarah-285)

كَانَ النَّاسُ اُمَّةً وَّاحِدَةً فَبَعَثَ اللّٰهُ النَّبِيّٖنَ مُبَشِّرِيۡنَ وَمُنۡذِرِيۡنَ وَاَنۡزَلَ مَعَهُمُ الۡكِتٰبَ بِالۡحَـقِّ لِيَحۡكُمَ بَيۡنَ النَّاسِ فِيۡمَا اخۡتَلَفُوۡا فِيۡهِ‌ؕ وَمَا اخۡتَلَفَ فِيۡهِ اِلَّا الَّذِيۡنَ اُوۡتُوۡهُ مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِ مَا جَآءَتۡهُمُ الۡبَيِّنٰتُ بَغۡيًا ۢ بَيۡنَهُمۡ‌ۚ فَهَدَى اللّٰهُ الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا لِمَا اخۡتَلَفُوۡا فِيۡهِ مِنَ الۡحَـقِّ بِاِذۡنِهٖ‌ؕ وَاللّٰهُ يَهۡدِىۡ مَنۡ يَّشَآءُ اِلٰى صِرَاطٍ مُّسۡتَقِيۡمٍ‏ ۲۱۳

لوگ ایک دین پر تھے (ف۴۰۵) پھر اللہ نے انبیاء بھیجے خوشخبری دیتے (ف۴۰۶) اور ڈر سناتے (ف۴۰۷) اور ان کے ساتھ سچی کتاب اتاری (ف۴۰۸) کہ وہ لوگوں میں ان کے اختلافوں کا فیصلہ کردے اور کتاب میں اختلاف اُنہیں نے ڈالا جن کو دی گئی تھی (ف۴۰۹) بعداس کے کہ ان کے پاس روشن حکم آچکے (ف۴۱۰) آپس میں سرکشی سے تو اللہ نے ایمان والوں کو وہ حق بات سوجھا دی جس میں جھگڑ رہے تھے اپنے حکم سے، اور اللہ جسے چاہے سیدھی راہ دکھائے، ۲۱۳

“Mankind is a single nation. So Allah raised Prophets as bearers of good news and as warners, and He revealed with them the book with truth, that it might judge between people concerning that in which they differed . And none but the very people who were given it, differed about it after clear arguments had come to them, envying one another. So Allah has guided by His will those who believe to the truth about which they differed. And Allah guides whom he pleases to the right path ” [2:213]

وَمَا هٰذِهِ الۡحَيٰوةُ الدُّنۡيَاۤ اِلَّا لَهۡوٌ وَّلَعِبٌ‌ؕ وَاِنَّ الدَّارَ الۡاٰخِرَةَ لَهِىَ الۡحَـيَوَانُ‌ۘ لَوۡ كَانُوۡا يَعۡلَمُوۡنَ‏ ۶۴

اور یہ دنیا کی زندگی تو صرف کھیل اور تماشہ ہے اور( ہمیشہ کی) زندگی (کا مقام) تو آخرت کا گھر ہے۔ کاش یہ (لوگ) سمجھتے ۶۴

And this worldly life is not but diversion and amusement. And indeed, the home of the Hereafter – that is the [eternal] life, if only they knew. (Surah Al-Ankabut 29:64)

قَالَ رَبُّنَا الَّذِىۡۤ اَعۡطٰـى كُلَّ شَىۡءٍ خَلۡقَهٗ ثُمَّ هَدٰى

کہا کہ ہمارا پروردگار وہ ہے جس نے ہر چیز کو اس کی شکل وصورت بخشی پھر راہ دکھائی

وَلَٮِٕنۡ سَاَلۡتَهُمۡ مَّنۡ نَّزَّلَ مِنَ السَّمَآءِ مَآءً فَاَحۡيَا بِهِ الۡاَرۡضَ مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِ مَوۡتِهَا لَيَقُوۡلُنَّ اللّٰهُ‌ؕ قُلِ الۡحَمۡدُ لِلّٰهِ‌ؕ بَلۡ اَكۡثَرُهُمۡ لَا يَعۡقِلُوۡنَ

اور اگر تم ان سے پوچھو کہ آسمان سے پانی کس نے نازل فرمایا پھر اس سے زمین کو اس کے مرنے کے بعد (کس نے) زندہ کیا تو کہہ دیں گے کہ خدا نے۔ کہہ دو کہ خدا کا شکر ہے۔ لیکن ان میں اکثر نہیں سمجھتے

And if you ask them who sends down rain from the sky, giving life to the earth after its death, they will surely say, “Allah!” Say, “Praise be to Allah!” In fact, most of them do not understand.. ﴾63-ankaboot﴿

قُلِ اللّٰهُمَّ مٰلِكَ الۡمُلۡكِ تُؤۡتِى الۡمُلۡكَ مَنۡ تَشَآءُ وَتَنۡزِعُ الۡمُلۡكَ مِمَّنۡ تَشَآءُ وَتُعِزُّ مَنۡ تَشَآءُ وَتُذِلُّ مَنۡ تَشَآءُ‌ؕ بِيَدِكَ الۡخَيۡرُ‌ؕ اِنَّكَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَىۡءٍ قَدِيۡرٌ

کہو کہ اے خدا (اے) بادشاہی کے مالک تو جس کو چاہے بادشاہی بخشے اور جس سے چاہے بادشاہی چھین لے اور جس کو چاہے عزت دے اور جسے چاہے ذلیل کرے ہر طرح کی بھلائی تیرے ہی ہاتھ ہے اور بے شک تو ہر چیز پر قادر ہے

Say: O Allah! Owner of Sovereignty! Thou givest sovereignty unto whom Thou wilt, and Thou withdrawest sovereignty from whom Thou wilt. Thou exaltest whom Thou wilt, and Thou abasest whom Thou wilt. In Thy hand is the good. Lo! Thou art Able to do all things. ﴾26-al Imran﴿

يٰٓاَيُّهَا الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا اسۡتَعِيۡنُوۡا بِالصَّبۡرِ وَالصَّلٰوةِؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ مَعَ الصّٰبِرِيۡنَ‏

اے ایمان والو صبر اور نماز سے مدد لیا کرو بےشک خدا صبر کرنے والوں کے ساتھ ہے

O ye who believe! Seek help in steadfastness and prayer. Lo! Allah is steadfast. ﴾Al Baqarah-153﴿

فَاَحۡيَا بِهِ الۡاَرۡضَ بَعۡدَ مَوۡتِهَا

اس سے زمین کو مرنے کے بعد زندہ (یعنی خشک ہوئے پیچھے سرسبز) کردیتا ہے

Thereby reviving the earth after its death(Al-Baqara-164)

اَفَنَجۡعَلُ الۡمُسۡلِمِيۡنَ كَالۡمُجۡرِمِيۡنَؕ

کیا ہم فرمانبرداروں کو نافرمانوں کی طرف (نعمتوں سے) محروم کردیں گے؟

Shall We then treat those who have surrendered as We treat the guilty? ﴾Qalam-35﴿

وَاتَّقُوۡا اللّٰهَ وَاعۡلَمُوۡٓا اَنَّکُمۡ مُّلٰقُوۡهُ‌ؕ

اور خدا سے ڈرتے رہو اور جان رکھو کہ (ایک دن) تمہیں اس کے روبرو حاضر ہونا ہے

and fear Allah, and know that ye will (one day) meet Him. (Al Baqarah-223)

اِنَّ الصَّلٰوةَ تَنۡهٰى عَنِ الۡفَحۡشَآءِ وَالۡمُنۡكَرِ‌ؕ

بیشک نماز منع کرتی ہے بے حیائی اور بری بات سے (ف۱۱۰)

Indeed, prayer prohibits immorality and wrongdoing,… (Quran, 29:45)

قَدۡ اَفۡلَحَ الۡمُؤۡمِنُوۡنَۙ‏ ﴿۱﴾الَّذِيۡنَ هُمۡ فِىۡ صَلَاتِهِمۡ خٰشِعُوۡنَۙ‏ ۲

بیشک مراد کو پہنچے ایمان والے ﴿۱﴾جو نماز میں عجزو نیاز کرتے ہیں ۲

Successful indeed are the believers: those who humble themselves in prayer;(Quran, 23:1-2)

وَالَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡٓا اَشَدُّ حُبًّا لِّلَّهِؕ

اور ایمان والوں کو اللہ کے برابر کسی کی محبت نہیں

And the believers do not love anyone as much as Allah(al Baqarah-165)

وَمَنۡ يُّوۡقَ شُحَّ نَفۡسِهٖ فَاُولٰٓٮِٕكَ هُمُ الۡمُفۡلِحُوۡنَ‌ۚ‏

اور جو اپنے نفس کے لالچ سے بچایا گیا (ف تو وہی کامیاب ہیں،

And whoso is saved from his own avarice – such are they who are successful. ﴾Hashr-9﴿

خُذۡ مِنۡ اَمۡوَالِهِمۡ صَدَقَةً تُطَهِّرُهُمۡ وَتُزَكِّيۡهِمۡ بِهَا وَصَلِّ عَلَيۡهِمۡ‌ؕ اِنَّ صَلٰوتَكَ سَكَنٌ لَّهُمۡ‌ؕ وَاللّٰهُ سَمِيۡعٌ عَلِيۡمٌ

ے محبوب! ان کے مال میں سے زکوٰة تحصیل کرو جس سے تم انھیں ستھرا اور پاکیزہ کردو اور ان کے حق میں دعائے خیر کرو بیشک تمہاری دعا ان کے دلوں کا چین ہے، اور اللہ سنتا جانتا ہے

Take alms of their wealth, wherewith thou mayst purify them and mayst make them grow, and pray for them. Lo! Their prayer is an assuagement for them. Allah is Hearer, Knower. ﴾Taubah-103﴿

فَاِنۡ تَابُوۡا وَاَقَامُوا الصَّلٰوةَ وَاٰتَوُا الزَّكٰوةَ فَاِخۡوَانُكُمۡ فِىۡ الدِّيۡنِ‌ؕ وَنُفَصِّلُ الۡاٰيٰتِ لِقَوۡمٍ يَّعۡلَمُوۡنَ‏ ۱۱

لیکن اگر وہ توبہ کر لیں، نماز قائم کریں اور زکوٰۃ دیں تو وہ دین میں تمہارے بھائی ہیں، (اس طرح) ہم آیات کو بیان کرتے ہیں۔ وغیرہ) تفصیل سے ان لوگوں کے لیے جو جانتے ہیں۔” [قرآن: سورہ توبہ 9: آیت 11]

But if they repent, perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat) and give Zakat, then they are your brethren in religion. (In this way) We explain the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) in detail for people who know.” [Quran: Surah at Tawbah 9: Ayah 11

وَاَقِيۡمُوۡا الصَّلٰوةَ وَاٰتُوۡا الزَّکٰوةَ ‌ؕ وَمَا تُقَدِّمُوۡا لِاَنۡفُسِكُمۡ مِّنۡ خَيۡرٍ تَجِدُوۡهُ عِنۡدَ اللّٰهِ‌ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُوۡنَ بَصِيۡرٌ‏ ۱۱۰

قرآن اس بات پر تاکید کرتا ہے: “اور نماز میں ثابت قدم رہو اور صدقہ جاری رکھو: اور جو کچھ تم اپنے نفسوں کے لیے آگے بھیجو گے اسے اللہ کے پاس پاؤ گے۔” (2:110)

“And be steadfast in prayer and regular in charity: And whatever good they send forth for your souls before you, ye shall find it with Allah.” (Quran 2:110)

مِنۡ اَجۡلِ ذٰلِكَ‌ ۛؔ ۚ كَتَبۡنَا عَلٰى بَنِىۡۤ اِسۡرَآءِيۡلَ اَنَّهٗ مَنۡ قَتَلَ نَفۡسَۢا بِغَيۡرِ نَفۡسٍ اَوۡ فَسَادٍ فِىۡ الۡاَرۡضِ فَكَاَنَّمَا قَتَلَ النَّاسَ جَمِيۡعًاؕ وَمَنۡ اَحۡيَاهَا فَكَاَنَّمَاۤ اَحۡيَا النَّاسَ جَمِيۡعًا‌ؕ وَلَـقَدۡ جَآءَتۡهُمۡ رُسُلُنَا بِالۡبَيِّنٰتِ ثُمَّ اِنَّ كَثِيۡرًا مِّنۡهُمۡ بَعۡدَ ذٰلِكَ فِىۡ الۡاَرۡضِ لَمُسۡرِفُوۡنَ‏ ۳۲

اس سبب سے ہم نے بنی اسرائیل پر لکھ دیا کہ جس نے کوئی جان قتل کی بغیر جان کے بدلے یا زمین میں فساد کیے (ف۸۸) تو گویا اس نے سب لوگوں کو قتل کیا (ف۸۹) اور جس نے ایک جان کو جِلا لیا (ف۹۰) اس نے گویا سب لوگوں کو جلالیا، اور بیشک ان کے (ف۹۱) پاس ہمارے رسول روشن دلیلوں کے ساتھ آئے (ف۹۲) پھر بیشک ان میں بہت اس کے بعد زمین میں زیادتی کرنے والے ہیں(ف۹۳) ۳۲

That is why We ordained for the Children of Israel that whoever takes a life, unless as a punishment for murder or mischief in the land, it will be as if they killed all of humanity; and whoever saves a life, it will be as if they saved all of humanity. (In Surah 5: Al-Ma’idah: 32)

وَلَـقَدۡ كَرَّمۡنَا بَنِىۡۤ اٰدَمَ وَحَمَلۡنٰهُمۡ فِىۡ الۡبَرِّ وَالۡبَحۡرِ وَرَزَقۡنٰهُمۡ مِّنَ الطَّيِّبٰتِ وَفَضَّلۡنٰهُمۡ عَلٰى كَثِيۡرٍ مِّمَّنۡ خَلَقۡنَا تَفۡضِيۡلاً‏ ﴿۷۰

سورہ 17: الاسراء: 70 میں، قرآن کہتا ہے: “اب، بے شک، ہم نے آدم کی اولاد کو عزت دی ہے۔”

“Now, indeed, We have conferred dignity on the children of Adam.” (In Surah 17: Al-Isra’:70)

يٰۤاَيُّهَا الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا كُوۡنُوۡا قَوّٰامِيۡنَ لِلّٰهِ شُهَدَآءَ بِالۡقِسۡطِ‌ وَلَا يَجۡرِمَنَّكُمۡ شَنَاٰنُ قَوۡمٍ عَلٰٓى اَلَّا تَعۡدِلُوۡا‌ؕ اعۡدِلُوۡا هُوَ اَقۡرَبُ لِلتَّقۡوٰى‌ۖ وَاتَّقُوۡا اللّٰهَ‌ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ خَبِيۡرٌۢ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُوۡنَ‏ ۸

اے ایمان والوں اللہ کے حکم پر خوب قائم ہوجاؤ انصاف کے ساتھ گواہی دیتے (ف۳۶) اور تم کو کسی قوم کی عداوت اس پر نہ اُبھارے کہ انصاف نہ کرو، انصاف کرو، وہ پرہیزگاری سے زیادہ قریب ہے، اور اللہ سے ڈرو، بیشک اللہ کو تمہارے کامو ں کی خبر ہے،

O believers! Stand firm for Allah and bear true testimony. Do not let the hatred of a people lead you to injustice. Be just! That is closer to righteousness. And be mindful of Allah. Surely Allah is All-Aware of what you do.(al maida-8)

اِنَّ اَكْرَمَكُمْ عِنْدَ اللّٰهِ اَتْقٰىكُمْؕ-اِنَّ اللّٰهَ عَلِیْمٌ خَبِیْرٌ

اللہ کے نزدیک تم میں سب سے زیادہ عزت والا وہ ہے جو تم میں سب سے زیادہ پرہیزگار ہے۔

Surah 49: Al-Hujurat: 13 tells us: “The most honored of you in the sight of Allah is (he who is) the most righteous of you.”

وَلَقَدْ كَرَّمْنَا بَنِي آدَمَ وَحَمَلْنَاهُمْ فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ وَرَزَقْنَاهُمْ مِنَ الطَّيِّبَاتِ وَفَضَّلْنَاهُمْ عَلَىٰ كَثِيرٍ مِمَّنْ خَلَقْنَا تَفْضِيلًا

اور یقیناً ہم نے بنی آدم کو عزت بخشی ہے اور انہیں خشکی اور تری میں سوار کیا ہے اور ان کو پاکیزہ چیزوں سے رزق دیا ہے اور اپنی پیدا کی ہوئی چیزوں پر ان کو فضیلت دی ہے۔‘‘

“And We have certainly honored the children of Adam and carried them on the land and sea and provided for them of the good things and preferred them over much of what We have created, with [definite] preference.” (Surah Al-Isra, 17:70)

لَآ إِكْرَاهَ فِى ٱلدِّينِ ۖ قَد تَّبَيَّنَ ٱلرُّشْدُ مِنَ ٱلْغَىِّ ۚ فَمَن يَكْفُرْ بِٱلطَّـٰغُوتِ وَيُؤْمِنۢ بِٱللَّهِ فَقَدِ ٱسْتَمْسَكَ بِٱلْعُرْوَةِ ٱلْوُثْقَىٰ لَا ٱنفِصَامَ لَهَا ۗ وَٱللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ

دین میں کوئی جبر نہ ہو کیونکہ حق باطل سے واضح ہوتا ہے۔ پس جو کوئی بھی جھوٹے معبودوں کو چھوڑ کر اللہ پر ایمان لاتا ہے اس نے یقیناً مضبوط ترین ہاتھ پکڑ لیا ہے۔ اور اللہ سب کچھ سننے والا جاننے والا ہے (2:256)

Let there be no compulsion in religion, for the truth stands out clearly from falsehood. So whoever renounces false gods and believes in Allah has certainly grasped the firmest, unfailing hand-hold. And Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.(2:256)

وَجَعَلۡنٰهُمۡ اَٮِٕمَّةً يَّهۡدُوۡنَ بِاَمۡرِنَا وَاَوۡحَيۡنَاۤ اِلَيۡهِمۡ فِعۡلَ الۡخَيۡرٰتِ وَاِقَامَ الصَّلٰوةِ وَاِيۡتَآءَ الزَّكٰوةِ‌ۚ وَكَانُوۡا لَـنَا عٰبِدِيۡنَ ۙ‌ۚ‏ ۷۳

“اور ہم نے انہیں اپنے حکم سے رہنما بنایا۔ اور ہم نے ان کی طرف نیک اعمال کرنے، نماز قائم کرنے اور زکوٰۃ دینے کی وحی کی۔ اور وہ ہماری عبادت کرنے والے تھے۔” [سورۃ الانبیاء 21:73]

“And We made them leaders guided by Our command. And We inspired to them the doing of good deeds, establishment of prayer, and giving of Zakah; and they were worshippers of Us.” [Surah Al-Anbiya 21:73]

وَمَا يَنۡطِقُ عَنِ الۡهَوٰىؕ‏ ﴿۳﴾اِنۡ هُوَ اِلَّا وَحۡىٌ يُّوۡحٰىۙ‏ ﴿۴

نہ ہی وہ اپنی مرضی کی بات کرتا ہے۔ یہ تو صرف ایک وحی ہے جو اس پر نازل ہوتی ہے۔

“Nor does he speak of his own whims. It is only a revelation sent down ˹to him”.(53:3–4).

قُلِ ٱللَّهُمَّ مَـٰلِكَ ٱلْمُلْكِ تُؤْتِى ٱلْمُلْكَ مَن تَشَآءُ وَتَنزِعُ ٱلْمُلْكَ مِمَّن تَشَآءُ وَتُعِزُّ مَن تَشَآءُ وَتُذِلُّ مَن تَشَآءُ ۖ بِيَدِكَ ٱلْخَيْرُ ۖ إِنَّكَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍۢ قَدِيرٌۭ ٢٦

Say, “O Allāh, Owner of Sovereignty, You give sovereignty to whom You will and You take sovereignty away from whom You will. You honor whom You will and You humble whom You will. In Your hand is [all] good. Indeed, You are over all things competent. (al-imran-26)

وَإِذۡ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلۡمَلَـٰٓئِكَةِ إِنِّي جَاعِلٞ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ خَلِيفَةٗ

اور (وہ وقت یاد کرنے کے قابل ہے) جب تمہارے پروردگار نے فرشتوں سے فرمایا کہ میں زمین میں (اپنا) نائب بنانے والا ہوں.

“Behold, thy Lord said to the angels: “I will create a vicegerent on earth.” Surah Baqarah Ayat 30 (2:30)

اِنَّ اللّٰهَ يُحِبُّ الۡمُقۡسِطِيۡنَ‏ ۸

بیشک انصاف والے اللہ کو محبوب ہیں، ﴿۸﴾

“… Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly.” (Quran 60:8)

مَنۡ عَمِلَ صَالِحًـا فَلِنَفۡسِهٖ‌ وَمَنۡ اَسَآءَ فَعَلَيۡهَا‌ؕ وَمَا رَبُّكَ بِظَلَّامٍ لِّلۡعَبِيۡدِ‏ ۴۶

(جو نیک عمل کرتا ہے وہ اپنے نفس کو فائدہ پہنچاتا ہے اور جو برائی کرتا ہے اس کا نقصان اسی کے نفس پر ہوتا ہے اور آپ کا رب اپنے بندوں پر کبھی ظلم کرنے والا نہیں ہے

(Whoever does righteous deed, benefits his own self and whoever does evil, it is against his own self and Your Lord is never unjust to His servants.[41:46]

وَاعۡتَصِمُوۡا بِحَبۡلِ اللّٰهِ جَمِيۡعًا وَّلَا تَفَرَّقُوۡا‌ وَاذۡكُرُوۡا نِعۡمَتَ اللّٰهِ عَلَيۡكُمۡ اِذۡ كُنۡتُمۡ اَعۡدَآءً فَاَلَّفَ بَيۡنَ قُلُوۡبِكُمۡ فَاَصۡبَحۡتُمۡ بِنِعۡمَتِهٖۤ اِخۡوَانًاۚ وَكُنۡتُمۡ عَلٰى شَفَا حُفۡرَةٍ مِّنَ النَّارِ فَاَنۡقَذَكُمۡ مِّنۡهَا‌ؕ كَذٰلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللّٰهُ لَـكُمۡ اٰيٰتِهٖ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَهۡتَدُوۡنَ‏ ۱۰۳

اور اللہ کی رسی مضبوط تھام لو (ف۱۸۶) سب مل کر اور آپس میں پھٹ نہ جانا (فرقوں میں نہ بٹ جانا) (ف۱۸۷) اور اللہ کا احسان اپنے اوپر یاد کرو جب تم میں بیر تھا اس نے تمہارے دلوں میں ملاپ کردیا تو اس کے فضل سے تم آپس میں بھائی ہوگئے (ف۱۸۸) اور تم ایک غار دوزخ کے کنارے پر تھے (ف۱۸۹) تو اس نے تمہیں اس سے بچادیا (ف۱۹۰) اللہ تم سے یوں ہی اپنی آیتیں بیان فرماتا ہے کہ کہیں تم ہدایت پاؤ، ۱۰۳

“And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided. And remember the favor of Allah upon you—when you were enemies and He brought your hearts together, you became, by His favor, brothers. And you were on the edge of a pit of fire, and He saved you from it. Thus does Allah make clear to you His verses that you may be guided.” (Al-Imran 3:103)

وَقَـٰتِلُوا۟ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّذِينَ يُقَـٰتِلُونَكُمْ وَلَا تَعْتَدُوٓا۟ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُعْتَدِينَ ١٩٠

اور اللہ کی راہ میں لڑو (ف۳۴۸) ان سے جو تم سے لڑتے ہیں (ف۳۴۹) اور حد سے نہ بڑھو (ف۳۵۰) اللہ پسند نہیں رکھتا حد سے بڑھنے والوں کو، ﴿۱۹۰﴾

Fight in the cause of Allah only against those who wage war against you, but do not exceed the limits. Allah does not like transgressors.(2-190)

۞ قُلْ تَعَالَوْا۟ أَتْلُ مَا حَرَّمَ رَبُّكُمْ عَلَيْكُمْ ۖ أَلَّا تُشْرِكُوا۟ بِهِۦ شَيْـًۭٔا ۖ وَبِٱلْوَٰلِدَيْنِ إِحْسَـٰنًۭا ۖ وَلَا تَقْتُلُوٓا۟ أَوْلَـٰدَكُم مِّنْ إِمْلَـٰقٍۢ ۖ

تم فرماؤ آؤ میں تمہیں پڑھ کر سناؤں جو تم پر تمہارے رب نے حرام کیا (ف۳۱۳) یہ کہ اس کا کوئی شریک نہ کرو اور ماں باپ کے ساتھ بھلائی کرو (ف۳۱۴) اور اپنی اولاد قتل نہ کرو مفلسی کے باعث،

Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “Come! Let me recite to you what your Lord has forbidden you: do not associate others with Him in worship. Do not fail to honour your parents. Don’t kill your children for fear of poverty. (6-151)

وَلَا تَقْرَبُوا۟ مَالَ ٱلْيَتِيمِ إِلَّا بِٱلَّتِى هِىَ أَحْسَنُ حَتَّىٰ يَبْلُغَ أَشُدَّهُۥ ۖ

اور یتیموں کے مال کے پاس نہ جاؤ مگر بہت اچھے طریقہ سے (ف۳۱۸) جب تک وہ اپنی جوانی کو پہنچے (ف۳۱۹)

And do not come near the wealth of the orphan—unless intending to enhance it—until they attain maturity. (6-152)

أَشُدَّهُۥ ۖ وَأَوْفُوا۟ ٱلْكَيْلَ وَٱلْمِيزَانَ بِٱلْقِسْطِ ۖ

اور ناپ اور تول انصاف کے ساتھ پوری کرو،

Give full measure and weigh with justice. (6-152)

وَأَنَّ هَـٰذَا صِرَٰطِى مُسْتَقِيمًۭا فَٱتَّبِعُوهُ ۖ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا۟ ٱلسُّبُلَ فَتَفَرَّقَ بِكُمْ عَن سَبِيلِهِۦ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ وَصَّىٰكُم بِهِۦ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَتَتَّقُونَ ١٥٣

اور یہ کہ میرا سیدھا رستہ یہی ہے تو تم اسی پر چلنا اور اور رستوں پر نہ چلنا کہ (ان پر چل کر) خدا کے رستے سے الگ ہو جاؤ گے ان باتوں کا خدا تمہیں حکم دیتا ہے تاکہ تم پرہیزگار بنو

Indeed, that is My Path—perfectly straight. So follow him and do not follow other ways, for they will lead you away from His Way. This is what He has commanded you, so perhaps you will be conscious of Allah.”(6-153)

وَءَاتُوا۟ ٱلنِّسَآءَ صَدُقَـٰتِهِنَّ نِحْلَةًۭ ۚ فَإِن طِبْنَ لَكُمْ عَن شَىْءٍۢ مِّنْهُ نَفْسًۭا فَكُلُوهُ هَنِيٓـًۭٔا مَّرِيٓـًۭٔا ٤

اور عورتوں کو ان کے مہر خوشی سے دو (ف۱۱) پھر اگر وہ اپنے دل کی خوشی سے مہر میں سے تمہیں کچھ دے دیں تو اسے کھاؤ رچتا پچتا

Give women their due dowries graciously. But if they waive some of it willingly, then you may enjoy it freely with a clear conscience.(4-4)

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَأْكُلُونَ أَمْوَٰلَ ٱلْيَتَـٰمَىٰ ظُلْمًا إِنَّمَا يَأْكُلُونَ فِى بُطُونِهِمْ نَارًۭا ۖ وَسَيَصْلَوْنَ سَعِيرًۭا ١٠

وہ جو یتیموں کا مال ناحق کھاتے ہیں وہ تو اپنے پیٹ میں نری آ گ بھرتے ہیں (ف۲۴) اور کوئی دم جاتا ہے کہ بھڑتے دھڑے (آتش کدے) میں جائیں گے،

Indeed, those who unjustly consume orphans’ wealth ˹in fact˺ consume nothing but fire into their bellies. And they will be burned in a blazing Hell! (4-10)

فَلَنَقُصَّنَّ عَلَيْهِم بِعِلْمٍۢ ۖ وَمَا كُنَّا غَآئِبِينَ ٧

تو ضرور ہم ان کو بتادیں گے (ف۹) اپنے علم سے اور ہم کچھ غائب نہ تھے،

Then We will give them a full account with sure knowledge, for We were never absent.(7-7)
