Shadmana Sami is a student of Sir Syed Kazim Ali. She hails from Balochistan graduated in business administration summa cum laude. Later, she served as a research associate at Balochistan Provincial Assembly. She has garnered much acclaim for her research on gamification and counterproductive team member traits. Furthermore, much of her writing focuses on people analytics, workplace innovation, leadership, and related areas. Besides, Shadmana, in her leisure time, likes to improve her English writing skills and watch inspirational documentaries.
