Luqman Naeem, a teacher from Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, holds a two-year M.A degree in English Literature from Hazara University, Mansehra, and is a CSS aspirant. He joined Sir Syed Kazim Ali’s English Essay and Precis Extensive Course (Jan 2026 Batch) along with the Compulsory Subjects Session (March 2026) to strengthen his written expression and core subject knowledge for competitive examinations.As a writer, Luqman Naeem refined his command over structured writing, critical thinking, and idea articulation under Sir Syed Kazim Ali’s rigorous academic mentorship. The training enabled him to analyse complex legal, academic, and socio-economic concepts with clarity and coherence. He has a strong interest in writing on education, CSS preparation, and governance. Recognizing his consistency, academic seriousness, and analytical approach, he was provided the opportunity to contribute as an author at CPF Howfiv, where he produces research-oriented and concept-driven content.
