Hinas Khan Yusafzai, a creative and ambitious individual from Swabi district in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK). Born and raised in Islamabad, she has completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Quaid-I-Azam University Islamabad. She is enrolled in the Advanced Degree in Clinical Psychology (ADCP) program. Currently, her short-term goal is to master and gain expertise in skills such as creative writing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Digital Marketing, and Graphic Designing courses. However, her ultimate long-term goal is to join the bureaucracy and serve her nation. Moreover, she has always been an exceptional student throughout her academic journey. Her teachers and parents encouraged her to join civil services due to her excellence in debates, speeches, and co-curricular activities. Particularly, her father, a visionary man who instilled in her the desire to serve her own country. So, aiming to make her parents proud, who have sacrificed so much for her. Additionally, despite opportunities to study abroad, she has chosen to stay and serve her country, utilizing her skills and knowledge to make a positive impact, aspiring to become the first bureaucrat from her area, driving progress by enabling the masses to think critically, not blindly follow any leader. She envisions a future where they make informed choices, understanding the impact of their votes. Beyond the shadow of any doubt, she is determined to promote peace and positivity, starting with her own region and afterwards to national and global level by implementing effective policies. Sadly, in her region women’s rights were always violated, education is uneven, and religious education is manipulated in madrassahs. She is driven to empower people with knowledge, raise awareness about rights, build a community with high Intelligent Quotient (IQ) and critical thinking by fostering a culture of informed and well-aware decision-makers. Through her endeavors, she hopes to illuminate her nation with the light of positivity, cultivating a rich cultural landscape where knowledge sharing and idea exchange flourish. For that reason, she joined her mentor Syed Kazim Ali’s online platform CSSPrepForum (CPF). Where she is diligently preparing herself for the Central Superior Services (CSS) examination, covering all compulsory subjects like Extensive Essay writing, Précis and Composition, Pakistan Affairs, Current Affairs, Ability, Islamaiyat, and General Science from CPF and doing optional subjects on her own. Beyond academics, her hobbies include calligraphy, aesthetic photography ideas, and hiking Margalla Hills with friends and family. Also, she is a person who naturally attracts others to share their thoughts and problems with her, listening to their concerns and guiding them towards finding solutions by intuitively grasping their emotions, because of her own spiritual essence. Moreover, reading religious history, seeking knowledge and understanding beyond sects and controversies, she enjoys sharing her insights with others and learning from them as well. Therefore, her interest lies in promoting unity and harmony, gleaning lessons from and incorporating those principles into her own life, inspired by the teachings of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH). Lastly, Hinas Khan Yusafzai extends her deepest gratitude to all her Teachers, academic institutions, and mentor Syed Kazim Ali and his team members, specifically Miss Iqra Ali, Miss Ayesha Irfan and Sir Ammar Hashmi, for sharing their wisdom, knowledge, and teaching moral guidance, illuminating her intellect towards the virtuous path, making her a self-motivated and optimistic individual. “May her actions craft a legacy of compassion, inspiring future generations to thrive.”
